From September 12-15th 2017 the University of Sheffield will host the 14th annual Association for the Advancement of Assistive Technology in Europe (AAATE) Congress in Sheffield. The core Conference will take place in the brand new Diamond Building and Satellite events will happen before and after the Conference at various venues in Sheffield. Exhibition options are available from Tuesday to Friday at a number of venues, see below.
The Conference Exhibition will be in the Diamond Building in conjunction with the main Conference (13th-14th September). This is an ideal opportunity to network with international researchers and innovators active in AT and related areas.

@St Mary’s Conference Centre
For the first time, the AAATE will host a Professional Exhibition during the Congress week the day before the main Conference starts. The Exhibition will be located At St Mary’s Conference Centre to coincide with the AAATE Satellite events and the Student Tournament on the 12th September. St Mary’s Conference Centre is a short walk from both the main University of Sheffield campus and Sheffield city centre.
The Professional Exhibition aims to be interesting not only to AAATE delegates but also AT practitioners in education, health and social care with a specialist interest in assistive technology. Live demonstrations of equipment or services, such as robots, smart homes, living lab or internet of things and more are welcome.
