Today we’re delighted to announce not one, but two Plenary Speakers for this year’s AAATE2017 Congress.

Wednesday 13th September – 9.00 – 10.00

Paul Timmers

We’re excited to welcome Paul Timmers on the first day of this year’s Conference. Paul is an Advisor on Technology, Policy, Environment and Society and is a Former Director at the European Commission in Cyber Security, Digital Privacy, Health and Ageing.

Lord Chris Holmes

Before we close the Conference we will hear from Lord Chris Holmes who is Britain’s most successful Paralympic swimmer. Lord Holmes entered the House of Lords in 2013 and is Chair of the Global Disability Innovation Hub.

We are also welcoming Lord Holmes to the Conference Dinner on the evening of 14th September as our special guest where he will network with delegates.
