December 6, 2016

Assistive technology in services

The majority of Health care is delivered via services and therefore it is increasingly necessary to consider any and all assistive technology in the context of services.  This session will explore the importance of attending to and consciously designing the service into which technology is placed.  Person Centred approaches have been applied in wider service design theory and practice with a focus on creative practices and authentic collaboration.
